About Us
Welcome to Angry Afro Reviews, what we do is, we take "classic" films and give you every flaw that's in them. Think of us as "The Angry Video Game Nerd" for movies.
The website started out on the 3rd of October 2009 and was set up by IT manager and writer for the website, Ross Wilson.
The idea for the website came from the brain of Joe Mackintosh. He decided on this name for the website, mainly because he has a ginger afro (that's a funny image, i know)
The writing team consists of Joe Mackintosh, creator, Sophie Mackintosh, creator's sister and writer in Girl's Corner. As previously mentioned, Ross Wilson, a main review writer and cowrites Doctor Who Lounge with Joe Mackintosh.
Our other writers are; Rhys Meldrum, general writer and our part-time writer Alexander McMichael.
So, go ahead, read the reviews and most importantly, enjoy!
